Everybody knowsthat there is a big difference between handmade site and machineade, handmade showes and machinemaid. But why? The answer is too complicated and very simple at the same time: the thing is - our finguers made by Nature more complicated than any robot or machinery descision. This why when you are following grapes, attaching grapes, possesing grapes direct to the sn, picking them up, cleaning from dead berries by HANDS you'll win before machinery. Becouse your HANDS are more delicate than any machinery invested for todays.You can't afford this if you have a lot of vineyards and a lot of workers. But you can manage if you have few. This when you are running for quantaty you'll loose with small prodction but you'll win when you are rnning for QUALITY.
