Vinification is achieved from direct pressing then selecting the best juice and cold settling with alcohol fermentation at controlled temperature. In stainless steel vats on fine lees for two months This rosé with its' pale pink robe and aromatic palate will perfectly wake up your senses. It is fresh, delicate on the palate and perfectly balanced. It has an intense and complex nose with hints of citrus fruit. This rosé will make an ideal partner to Paella. To be served between 8°C and 10°C. It is best drunk within a year°.

Lively and dashing, this Cuvée is a selection of our finest grapes of Chardonnay. Vinified in barrels, this Champagne is an invitation to adventure!
Garnet red with light purple hues. Intense, complex with a beautiful symbiosis between fruit, minerality and spices. Dark chocolate, blueberries, licorice wood. Appetizer pleasant and fruity. Elegant wine, balanced and well supported by its structure. Round tannins. Freshness and vivacity. Fruity final.
A satiny bottle completely screened by means of an thermosensible ink : the elements of the decoration are white at room temperature and they change colors when the bottle reaches a 8 to 12°C temperature. Available in Rosé de Loire, Rosé d'Anjou, Cabernet d'Anjou, Touraine Sauvignon and Coteaux du Layon.
