[FEB. 10] PRIVATE RED AND WHITE EVENING BY TWO OF THE LANGUEDOC'S LEADING APPELLATIONS

Sunday 10th February 2019 from 6pm to 9pm at Yannick Alléno's Allénothèque, two gem appellations ofthe Languedoc invite you to their Private Red and White Evening :

FITOU is the oldest appellation for Languedoc red wine and is probably the least understood. Fitou's particularity lies in its two distinct terroirs : that of 'Fitou by the sea' and that of 'Fitou in the mountains', both expressing their signature statements of a noble grape variety: Carignan.

The Picpoul de Pinet appellation is the largest white wine producing area in the Languedoc. It stretches along the Thau lagoon to the west of the Mediterranean's Golfe de Lyon in the heart of a triangle bounded by Agde, Pézenas and Sète. It's terroir lies on a limestone plateau basking in the sun and covered in highly perfumed garrigue.

Wine growers from both appellations will be present / Only upon registration

[FEB.11] The « Cercle Femmes de Vin » organises its yearly tasting, a journey through the vineyards of France.

The « Cercle Femme de Vin » will showcase a wine collection made by women winemakers. This event is dedicated to business and professionals, on Monday, February 11, 2019 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles, Espace Europe from 5pm to 10pm.

Ten years ago, several winemakers founded an association: le Cercle Femmes de Vin (The Women’s Wine Circle).
Today, there are more than 200 domaines spread across the 10 major French wine regions that are united behind the shared values of education, collaboration, and mutual support.
At the heart of Wine Paris, the Cercle Femmes de Vin will showcase a unique tasting on Monday, February 11, 2019 from 5pm to 10pm.
This tasting will take visitors on a journey through the vineyards of France on a thematic itinerary: from bubbly and lively to full-bodied and sweet, the event will showcase powerful and surprising wines from a diverse range of geographies and producers.
